The property offers two dining options. The Fernery restaurant offers an intimate dining experience offering a 3 course a la carte or eight course tasting menu option. The Artisan Rooms is a more relaxed dining experience and the menu has been inspired by the best of Welsh ingredients, expect grazing boards of Welsh charcuterie, artisan cheese, Welsh lamb and beef, and Pembrokeshire landed fish.

The hotel has stunning gardens for guests to explore and Pembrokeshire National Park is just 5 minutes’ drive away. Free parking is available at the hotel.

Suite. The suites feature views of Preseli’s hills. Most of the suites have a separate lounge are with sofa and dining table. Some of the suites feature a private south facing garden or log burners. One suite can be accessed via the main hotel. The other suites are not located in the main hotel, but are located onsite in the cottages. ;
Junior Suite. Situated in the main house or in the 16th century cottage these individually styled suites offer a super king-size bed, a lounge area with a sofa. and an en suite bathroom. Some bathrooms come with with a double-ended cast iron bath and a separate shower while others with a shower over a cast iron bath. ;
Deluxe Double Room. These spacious rooms are situated in the main house or in the 15th century longhouse. They feature luxurious furnishings, local artwork, and an en suite bathroom, some with with a double-ended cast iron bath and a separate shower. ;
Deluxe Double or Twin Room. These spacious rooms are situated in the main house or in the 15th century longhouse. They feature an en suite bathroom, some with with a double-ended cast iron bath and a separate shower. Others with a shower over a cast iron bath. Upon request this room can be made up with twin beds. ;
Classic Double Room. Situated in the main house or in the 15th century longhouse, this room boasts a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room with underfloor heating. ;

Luxury Suite. Our luxury Cottage Garden Suites are situated a short stroll from the Main House. These suites have a mix of modern and antique furniture and decorated with Welsh crafts. Suites have luxurious bathrooms with deep baths and separate showers and some Suites have access to a balcony or private garden with patio and some have log burning stoves. Upon request some suites can be made up as a twin (subject to availability). ;
Honeymoon Suite. This suite is situated on the top floor and enjoys views of the Preseli hills and gardens. There is a lounge area, bedroom space with a four poster bed and an antique fireplace. The bathroom features a double ended bath and separate monsoon shower.
