Located in close proximity to coastal walks and the newly opened Goodwick Moor bird sanctuary with Ivybridge Spa* just next door. The Ivybridge Guesthouse offers the essential guest amenities inrooms and a fabulous breakfast spread that is always mentioned in the guest comments. We offer room inclusive parking, WiFi throughout the property, bicycle storage and personalized services that cover most if notguest needs.
Ivybridge offers a variety ofen-suite room. Although we are eager to phase out room TV,s in favour of modern gadgetry, we use white crisp linen and provide teacoffeehot chocolate making facilities inrooms. There are also options in apartments with kitchen facilities, mini bars, walk in showers, separate kid’s rooms with bunks and location preferences between the first floor main building and a ground floor annexe structure.
We only have six pet friendly rooms identified in the annexe building for ease of access outdoors and to pathways.pet stays require prior approved from the property owner and are subject to a nominal fee of ÂŁ12 per stay.
The on-site Breakfast Café and Bar has a modern clean bright lines, minimalistic approach to its design and forms the central guest area off the main lobby for social activity, dining in and drinks. Guests may also make use of a large back garden space with picnic tables and that opens out on to woodland. The hotel provides various seasonal meal options but also offers a unique dine in experience forlocal deliveries and takeaway services.
Ivybridge guesthouse, on the A487 main road, is close to local walking trails, including the Bryniau Preseli Hills, and the Wdig Goodwick to Tyddewi St David’s coastal walk. The property is less than 1 mile from the Stena Line Ferry terminal to Rosslare Ireland which runs twice a day and local train station that connects to the rest of Wales and England.

The hotel day starts from hour 16:00 and ends at 10:30.
The Ivybridge Spa & Wellness Centre next door needs to be booked in advance of arrival.
Should guests wish to eat at the restaurant they are advised to reserve a table in advance.
Guests travelling with pets should contact the property prior to arrival to ensure a pet-friendly room (either Room 9 or Room 10) is available.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Room 5. Room 5 is a spacious family room located on the first-floor main building. It is South-West facing and has a separate bunk room, writing desk, cloths hanger and a 32” wall mounted TV. There is a shower over bath and cloths hangers. It is not suitable for dogs. ;
Room 7. Room 7 is located on the first floor, above the front car park up a spiral staircase. It is South-West facing and has a writing desk, minibar, tea tray, WiFi and 24-inch hanging TV. There is also a shower over the bath and a wardrobe. It is not suitable for dogs. ;
Room 14. Room 14 apartment is located alone in the quiet secluded back garden space. It is South-West facing and has a bedroom, lounge, bathroom and kitchen dining facilities It is not suitable for dogs. ;
Room 3. Room 3 is located on the first-floor main building. It is North-West facing and has a writing desk, cloths hanger and a 24-inch wall-mounted TV. There is a shower over the bath and a wardrobe. It is not suitable for dogs. ;
Room 4. Room 4 is located on the first-floor main building. It is North-West facing and has a writing desk, cloths hanger and a 24-inch wall-mounted TV. The room has a walk-in shower and hangers for clothes. The room only has a standing shower and does not have a bathtub. It is not suitable for dogs. ;
Room 8. Room 8 apartment is located at the front annexe building with ramp access. It is South-East facing and has a dining, seating and kitchen facilities. There is a walk-in shower. It is not suitable for dogs. ;
Room 9. Room 9 Twin is located at the annexe building with car parking directly outside the room. It is South-East facing and has a writing desk, tea tray, WiFi and 24-inch hanging TV. It has a shower over bath, built-in wardrobe space and dining table. Suitable for dogs with a flat fee of GBP 10 on arrival. ;
Room 10. Room 10 is located in the annexe building with an alloted car parking very close to the room. It is South-East facing and has a writing desk, tea tray, WiFi and 24-inch hanging TV. There is a shower over the bath and a wardrobe. Suitable for dogs with a flat fee of GBP 10 on arrival. ;

Room 13. Room 13 is located in the annexe, back garden side, with parking in the main car park. It has both North- and South-facing windows as well as a writing desk, clothes hangers, 24-inch TV and dining space. There is a small kitchen space with hob, fridge, sink and work top.
