Averon Guest House - Edinburgh

In Edinburgh’s city centre, Averon Guest House has spacious rooms, free Wi-Fi and free private parking.

The Averon is a Georgian townhouse, offering rooms with modern ensuite bathrooms with TVs and tea coffee facilities. A continental breakfast is provided. We are a 10 minute walk from Princess Street and Edinburgh Old Town and close to Kings Theatre and a range of restaurants.

The car park is suitable for cars or standard and large commercial vans. Also, secure parking for motorbikes. Parking is guaranteed and does not need to be booked in advance. The car park is securely locked at night and monitored by CCTV. EV charging is included.

In the evening we offer free Scottish musical entertainment with the owner singing traditional Scottish songs accompanied by videos of Scotlands beautifully scenery.

The Averon City Centre Guest House is just a 10-minute walk from Edinburgh Castle. Edinburgh International Conference Centre is within a 5-minute walk.

Bus tours to Loch Ness or Loch Lomond can be arranged at the guest house, they leave every morning after breakfast.

The hotel day starts from hour 13:00 and ends at 10:30.

Guests can make use of the secure car park at any time after 07:00 on the day of arrival and up until 22:00 on the day of departure.

Guests are welcome to arrive any time after 07:00 and can leave their bags with the Averon Guest House until their room is available. Rooms are ready after 14:00.

If arriving after 22:00, guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel of their estimated time of arrival by calling the property on the day.

Guests are able to arrive after 23:00, but they are requested to advise of their time of arrival if arriving after that time.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
